Logistics Operations Leader · Software Builder · Founder

I build practical software for real operations.

I combine hands-on logistics leadership with software engineering to turn fragmented processes, operational data, and manual work into clear, reliable systems.

About me

Operations experience, translated into better software.

My background comes from national courier and logistics operations across first-mile, middle-mile, last-mile, returns, performance reporting, and distributed team leadership.

That experience taught me where operational systems usually fail: unclear ownership, fragmented information, manual handoffs, weak exception visibility, and tools designed without the operator in mind.

Today I build from both sides of the problem. I understand the operational pressure, then use backend architecture, data modelling, APIs, automation, and thoughtful interfaces to create systems people can genuinely use.

“I do not just want to build software for operators. I want to build software that operators would genuinely choose to use.”

Selected work

Businesses, platforms, and systems in progress.

A portfolio built around practical outcomes—not fictional production claims or decorative demos.

What I bring

My strongest skill lives between two disciplines.

Understanding the operational problem deeply enough to build the right technical solution.

Operations

Lead, diagnose, simplify.

  • National courier and logistics operations
  • First-, middle-, and last-mile workflows
  • Returns and exception management
  • Operational KPIs and reporting
  • SOP and process development
  • Distributed team leadership
Engineering

Design, secure, automate.

  • Backend and platform architecture
  • TypeScript and Node.js development
  • REST APIs and integrations
  • PostgreSQL and data modelling
  • Authentication and authorization

Engineering principles

Calm systems. Clear boundaries. Reviewable progress.

  1. 01
    Operational clarity over decorative complexity

The interface should help someone decide and act.

  2. 02
    Secure defaults over temporary shortcuts

Trust boundaries belong in the foundation, not the backlog.

  3. 03
Small, reviewable changes over uncontrolled rewrites

Good delivery stays understandable, testable, and reversible.

  4. 04
Honest prototypes over fictional production claims

    Demonstrations should impress without pretending.

Let’s connect

Operators deserve exceptional software.

I’m interested in logistics technology, operational automation, backend engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and practical business systems.
